What is a passion? What is attitude? I had looked everywhere for this two topic but I haven't found the proper answer theoretically. Meaning found in google and translated meaning on my native language even was out of my understanding. On my 2nd evaluation at the home centre, I encountered with Mr Manohar Matam. He is a good guy. I can say he is a cool guy as well. The best lesson I learnt from him is Listen and passion. Guys, I can tell you when I entered the Landmark group I was zero on retail and I can tell I used to understand retail as to buy an item and sell it by taking a few profits. But in fact, it has a vast definition that I will explain later. I think many of us hear the word passion somewhere in daily life. What it really means had we ever analyse about it? If that be the question which we have to give an answer what we really like to do as to play football, create a video, create a blog and so on. Though I am writing a blog i can't tell that is my passion. Well, I will tell what he taught me about passion. I asked for growth
Simply I told what I understood about passion and he asked what hobby means? now I got confused actually what were the difference between hobby and passion. I said that both terms are same but he said that is different to each other.
in my field and he asked why so? I said I like to learn more and retail is my passion and asked me some questions, few I replied few I couldn't explain. And during the dialogue, I even said retail is my passion. He asked me what passion was I talking about? And what passion means?
He said passion means what we do whatever we like most and every condition we would like to do. Taking cigarettes is also same, in every condition we like to take it but it is not a passion instead it is habit and playing football it is a hobby because of my like to play but until our interest remain and simply telling retail is my passion is not fair enough because there are some condition that is forcing me to work in retail if even 15 days salary is not credited then i will stop working but if I am really passionate about retail I should do without any reason for profit and salary. whenever my thinking is overcome by my passion I can tell it as passion.
Passion can neither be found or built. It is a habit of doing something weither getting benefits or return. What we can do well, what our body does as it is our essential function that is our passion. I can tell retail is my passion because even if that company will not credit my salary I will stop working and start to retail myself because except retailing no any plans on my starts. On every idea I buy, I design it and deliver it to correct customer and wish for his next service. That is my passion, promise and working method.
