First day ever i remember i had joined the duty as a teacher. The Principle handover me the class with short introduction about my name and my subject. It was a weird experience of my life ya' know. A lot of eyes were looking at me and the environment was not been adapted by me. Hand were shaking as well as the voice and the throat was drying fast  and feeling thirst. I was as a teacher there as before my teacher were standing in their fist day and i was staring  to them. I start to imagine those days. Even 45 min first class i can tell it was really a long duration  experience i can tell it.
I had to start the class so i started by the introduction with the students by roll no. wise i thought it would make me easy to adapt the environment and will deduct the time as well. But that idea of mine was also  not that much good for me. Although they were 41 students, by telling their name and their address it took only 10-12 minute to introduce but i was able remember only those who were known with me before. It is the natural phenomena at all because i was nervous as well as its not easy to remember 41 names at a same time. Then i had to start the class by taking the topic of Computer History. I can tell i started my job career as a  computer teacher. Well as per my academic qualification i was the student of Intermediate Science and was not trained for the teaching as well so both scenarios the content as my skill was little weak.Well i were not getting any discount with that time at all so i had to start the class but i can tell that also i was not even known even how to teach. Being a teacher it is really a difficult task i can tell. First thing is the skill to represent the topic second is to make sure how much the audience are understanding and third step is to evaluate how much they adapt. But i got known that after many classes i attend.
I told a student to read the lines loudly and other to follow after the leader one reads. They did as well. They finished the chapter and i took a glance on the content when they were busy on my task. Two things were really not giving the satisfaction on the job. I can tell that also i am really a satisfaction seeking person, Even a small topic not making me comfort to adapt on my style my mind start to give ideas which i must follow or else i always feel as something incomplete i am doing. So i make the analysis of class and told them to read the chapter in home and comeback with a full page of a paragraph on same topic.  Somehow that difficult 45 min was passed successfully, My analysis on the 45 min were as,
1. Why am i telling a student to read loudly and rest have to follow them after him?
2. On homework why should i give a page of paragraph to copy the chapter?
3.Today some how i finished the 45 min and upcoming 45 minutes how am i going to finish?
4. Bla Bla Bla Bla Bla
On the analysis i found many answers myself. I will tell them to copy a paragraph from same chapter then they will read at least something from paragraph and they will understand the content. Their Handwriting will be improved and will get dual benefits but the thing which is irritating was why i as ordered to make a student to read and other should follow?
On next day i entered the class and took the attendance report and start to explain the content by reading the book. Actually i was reading the book and students were listening to me and i was analysing the class as well. That day i finished the chapter somehow and let them to finish the activity on their book and they did as well but during the class i already had analysed few students were listening to me, few were forcefully listening to me because i was near to them. few were not listening my voice because the class was huge and my voice was not big on those days and some were listening carefully because they were making conversation to each other . So my idea was again flopped. Now i had to start the new idea to gain the proper satisfaction for my self and to make my students understanding . On that end of the day i took a book and studied it well. There were no any unknown thing were written to me and i can tell that also on my school days there were no that book was available and i was practically known and i had to make understand them theoretically. It was a big task and i had analysed the teaching method of Mr.Bishnu Prasad Adhikari which i really like.
He is a professional teacher for science and Mathematics. During his session, he discusses the topic with students and make them know rather than teaching them. Well we think we can teach them by book only but he was actually explaining the contend by making student curious to know about content. On that way student were asking the questions to him and he was giving the answer. I got the strong idea of working as i start to follow the same technique.
I started class again and on that day i chose the new chapter and i start the class by asking them wether they had seen, Had used , how it looks etc. They started to pay attention and i got the technique was really good. The chapter was about computer input and output. Rather than making them to read and follow and by reading myself i started a topic discussion i began my teaching. while teaching i realized that as well students were finding questions from their book and asking me and i was telling the answer as well.  But later i learnt the technique again. When students were asking me question i start to throw the question on mass as well. That makes easy to retain the attention from student towards the content.
The most important thing a new teacher should know is not how to finish the syllabus. Rather than this, they should focus on how they can represent the content and how they can make the content spicier. The understanding capacity of student and audience is out of the control from facilitators.Just they must make sure the students and the audiences are paying attending or not. Their Intrest and attention always drag them to learn which we can not do is the teacher as well.
